If you have any Plum Organics baby food in the house, you may want to feed your little ones with caution. Plum Organics has issued a voluntary recall of some apple and carrot pouch baby foods. The recalled products are sold at Toys-R-Us and Babies-R-Us locations and were recalled due to a possible botulism contamination.
No illnesses have been reported but you should not use these products, even if they appear to be normal. The recalled products are apple and carrot 4.22 ounce food pouches with a “best date” of May 21, 2010 (UPC code 890180001221). If you’re not sure, throw it out.
