Single Moms Relate to ‘Kate Plus 8′?

The TLC reality show “Jon and Kate Plus 8” is dropping Jon and re-airing as “Kate Plus 8,” focusing on Kate Gosselin’s journey as a single mom. Kate certainly has her work cut out for her, but is this really a good example of today’s single mom?
